Reaching Beyond Inc. is a 501(c) (3) Florida based nonprofit organization that contributes to an improved quality of life for participants and their families by providing additional educational resources and programs for low-income communities.

Christopher Neal
President/Founder
Chris Neal has more than 20 years of experience in youth education, case management, mental health, social services, youth advocacy, and various facets of the educational and criminal justice systems. A Coconut Grove native of Miami, FL, he has spent his last two decades growing professionally in Madison, FL.
Mebearl Bentley
Director
Since graduating from Paine College, Mebearl has earned numerous career training certifications from the University of North Texas and has partnered with state government agencies in Texas and Arkansas (to provide education and career services to young adults with disabilities). She is a workshop instructor, education and career service program developer.
Dr. Courtney Hayward
Vice President
With more than six years of experience as a grant writer, pre-award grant manager, and program developer for institutions of higher education and nonprofit organizations, Courtney has assisted with moving ideas from conception to operation by helping develop strategies, facilitating proper documentation, fundraising, and establishing strategic relationships.
